Up extra early...

for no other reason other than I'm not tired!

Went to bed around mid-night, and up at 5am. Guess who's gonna have the longest nana nap tomorrow? lol.

Did my dishes so far...just been hanging out on the net since. Miss 9 slept well, she actually slept in the lounge with the boys sleeping on the floor next to her - they can be sooo sweet huh!! But sometime in the middle of the night she jumped into bed with me...poor cookie!!

I've been naughty and bought 4 gold rings off TM last night - all buy now's and super cheap - don't know what I'm planning on doing with them, a girl only has 10 fingers - and mine are chunky as heck lol. I'm actually hoarding them lol. No - my ultimate plan to be honest - with the 'bought only cos it was a bargain' is to keep them as an investment, will on-sell when I need the money - and I'm not talking big money LOL - like the bracelet I bought for $60 sometime last year - sold it last week for $104.00. The really pretty ones I plan on keeping for me or my girls when they've grown into gorgeous women lol.

1pm - well I dozed off on the couch at around 7am, alarm on my phone must have been turned off cos I was shocked to see that it was 8:15am and the boys were still fast asleep on the floor next to me!! So a quick run to the kitchen, got the lunches made *yay I didn't give in and just buy them from the shop cos we were running late!!* Boys got off to school just after 8:30 - that's a bloody record!! AND they were clean, hair, teeth, face washed!

Then I pottered around as I usually do *mostly on the net lol* lil Bro came home with some bakery food for Miss 9 -gosh she's spoilt - with food!! NO GOOD!! But nice thought :)

I woke her up, she had a bath, careful not to wet her bandage. We got ready and off we went to the Docs to change her bandage...

Pull into the carpark and hello...FULL UP!! Plus 3 cars just double parked and waiting...chose NOT to be a FAT HEAD and left the carpark and parked out on the road further down (really busy shopping center)...felt good to be walking back into the carpark with all the FAT HEADS still doubled parked...*shakes head...no wonder!!*

Get into the surgery and even it's FULL-UP with patients...lots sick people it seems LOL.

Wasn't too bad, waited 30mins to see the doc, who just gave a quick ok for the nurse to change the bandage...*ok...* We were there for about an hour all up...

Miss 9 was VERY good walking back to the car...then straight to the Warehouse to buy her some treats. She came home with a word search book, a lil girlie magazine, a multi-coloured pen, stickers...lucky girl :) They had 50% off some plus sized SUMMER TOPS - perfect for my MUMMY lol...bought her three of them, they are PERFECT for her...she lives in Samoa...she'll be really happy with them :) LOVE YOU MUM :)

I've just had lunch - wholemeal bread (actually Ploughman's sunflower and barley) with my beetroot that I bottled a month ago, some cheese and avocado...YUMMY - have only managed to eat 3/4 of it - will fit the other 1/4 in soon lol.

I've got a really 'content' happy feeling today - just feeling really good and appreciative that I have such a good life - ok we aren't millionaires, but it's just so true that money can't buy happiness...it sure does help some though LMAO.

What I am appreciative of:

* A great, loving HARD WORKING MAN!

* Great KIDS!! - drive me nuts sometimes, but after last nights show of affection and care from my boys for their sister...I KNOW they are GREAT KIDS!!

* Health system...ok haven't had any personal problems that have caused me to complain yet *touch wood* but last night, my daughters foot was x-rayed, local anesthetic given, stitched up and bandaged...this morning bandage change and doc check...and all I have had to pay for was $6 for her two medications last night!! That's bloody fantastic!!!

* I don't 'want' for anything...apart from a trip around the world and a million dollar shopping spree lol, if I want something bad enough, I'm able to get it...then again, it's only the day after pay-day and the bank is still looking kinda healthy - so that helps LOL. Cause god knows how lost I can feel when the bank balance is non-existent lol.

*Compared to other countries - we don't live in fear that a bomb is going to strike...flooding, earthquakes...hurricanes...seems pretty safe in good ol' Auckland...Manukau even - the city the media like to portray as crime capitol...whatever - I've never been robbed, house has never been robbed, car has never been stolen, I haven't been beaten up or raped...I don't live in FEAR!!

So over all, I'm feeling great. LOVING MY LIFE and everything and everyone in it!!

I'm feeling full after that sandwich!! Feeling a nana nap coming on lol.
