I'm about to go off to work...tinky poo :( Only 3 more weeks to put up with this crap job and the CRAP people that come with it - thank you GOD!!

Can't wait to start my course - meet new people...learn new things YAY!!

Spent this morning getting things ready for diner tonight. have made the potato bake - just need to sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese, grill...Mmmm. have jullien'ed the carrots, ready to be steamed then sautee'd in honey...will have mushrooms with it too :)

My lil goal is to make a yummy diner each night - use up ALL of the meat I have stocked up in the freezer :)

8:20pm - well what a day :) Hasn't rained...would have been perfect for fishing...*sigh* had to go to work :( And talking of work...well...in my 'head' I planned to hand in my notice week ending 19th Feb, but now I will have to work an extra week, to take advantage of something that has come up...so *yay* for me...

Some dick won an auction from me a couple of nights ago and organised to come over tonight and pick it up - well 6:30pm came and went - and no show. Sent a txt - an hour later still no reply. Sick and tired of these sorts of traders who RUIN it for everyone else!! Mucking others around...*sigh* I'm gonna give them till tomorrow evening, to hear back from them, then I'll just relist it or offer it to the other genuine bidders!

had the yummiest diner. Beef schnitzel, sauted mushrooms, honey and garlic carrots, potato bake, friend onions, egg foo yong...(strange combo I know) but the kids loved it - I know hubby and lil bro will LOVE it too...god I love cooking - love the joy it brings to people LMAO...do I sound like a looser or what?

I was asked to work Saturday night, so that's cool :)
