went fishing yesterday with hubby, our boys and his brothers...windy and raining - his brothers caught 2 kahawai, one trevally and I caught one trevally - so not a total waste of time :) Was a nice day out.
I don't think I want to go fishing again when it's windy - kinda takes the fun out of waiting and watching the rod go crazy when you get a bite - when it's windy the bloody rod shakes all the time! lol. So that's my reason for not going fishing again if I think it's gonna be windy.
Today...we'll I wanted to go fishing again...but hubby wasn't keen, I'm just tired of him being so indecisive and basically being 'boring' lol...don't know how else to put it. I didn't go nuts, just got busy doing other things. Since we moved into this house nearly 5 years ago, I have been nagging at him to waterblast our house I NEEDS IT! Every time I have mentioned it, it's been "Wait till summer..." Then in summer it's something else that comes up...so today was supposed to be the day to waterblast...*sigh* sick of this crap.
I don't know why I bother to ask him what he wants to do...I should just pack up and go and do things with the kids...anyway.
So I've been busy baking...I have made a carrot cake, banana loaf, mini bacon and egg pies and a batch of melting moments. I'm on a roll...just thinking about what else I can make up and freeze. School starts back up tomorrow. YAY!! I'm so over the holidays.
