LOVE mornings like that :)
As soon as they left, I took my tired ass back to bed. Managed to sleep till the metre reader wouldn't stop knocking on the door *grrr* so now I'm up. an hour earlier than I had planned. Have no idea how long I'll be at work for, I can get the labels done in less than 2 hours...which would be great, but I have a feeling I'm gonna have to slow-right-down and show them step-by-step...shite! Just frustrates me cos I feel like I've been treated like crap there...when I ave notice about my course, they told me I was to finich effective immediately - they would deal with it...so I didn't work last week - obviously won't be getting paid...and now they need me? Well they better sort their shit out cos today is the LAST day I'm available.
Weather is overcast...warm - nice.
8pm - well work went really well...actually, got there and the bg boss said "Thank you so much for coming in Louise, I owe you one, big time!" WOW...that was nice :)
The lady that I helped out is onto it...I'm confident she won't need me next week...as for the two office girls OMGosh...they are the MOST imature bimbos ever! They ahve both been taught for the past 5 weeks how to do the labels and they couldn't do it today...which is why I had to go in...and do you think they even bothered to come and watch so they could learn to do it for next time?? NO - they chose to sit in their corner and gossip LOUDLY about their love life...giggle like it was just them in the office...honestly they were sooo unprofessional! Even when the big boss was talking to them they just giggled and showed no respect for him or his authourity...
And they were just annoying as hell...chattering and giggling away, it was like a kindergarten or having Bert and Ernie from Seasme Street there LMAO.
One thing is for damn sure - they are certainly NOTHING (even half) what the old receptionist is who left last week...she has left huge sheos to fill - which I would bet $100 on that she is going to struggle big time!! I give the new girl a month for all the work to build up (cos she seems to just cruise along...) and for the shite to hit the fan...and for the big boss to realise what a mistake he has made...can't help but feel some satisfaction in that...what goes around comes around!!
But as they say - time will tell...I'm hardly every wrong...but there is always a first time LMAO.
Anyway, have told the other workers concerned that I am confident that the new lady taking my place will be fine on her own next week...but IF they need someone, I am more than happy to come in after 3pm, when my course has finished to help out...
On the home front...I made a gorgeous sweet'n'sour pork (using three large prok chops). Coated the diced pork chops in egg then seasoned cornflour., then deep fried it till golden brown. My sauce I made with garlic, chilli, onion and carrot and mixed vege stir fried...added a small can of pineapple pieces, dash of vinegar, dollop of tomato sauce...then the meat back into that...simmered for a few minutes...YUMMY.
All the kids had some and enjoyed it so it must have been good :)
Bought some ice cream (splashed out and bought 3 different flavours :) We never have desert, so this is a real treat :) It's just been sooo warm - kids have been complaining that it's HOT - so thought it would be a nice treat :)
Have paid for a few items I bought off Trademe...just bought a nice (got my fingers crossed lol) pair of glassons jeans, sz 16. I'm still waiting for a parcel of jewellery that I have been told was sent last Friday - have emailed seller to email me tracking number...*I hate this waiting feeling...*
Well...I'm feeling good :) Bit broke money wise...but feeling good LOL
