Yucky day :(

I'm feeling stressed out about things that I mentioned in yesterdays post...

Couldn't finish my skirt in class today as the 'roll hemmer' is not working, the guy who was supposed to fix it missed his appointment - so spent the afternoon designing the pair of trousers I'm going to make, and also drew up some tops and a jacket...

Today the tutor lightly touched on the upcoming Style Pasefika fashion show later in the year and the Villa Maria one...that was REALLY exciting to hear - the tutor has high expectations of me...lol, it's actually scaring me a little...can I really do it??? OF COURSE I CAN!!!

I didn't have my usual sandwiches for lunch this afternoon so I felt like I needed something, walked upto the inidan retaurant couple of minutes from class (one of many actually - Papatoe seems to be Inidan Capital lol. I didn't have a clue what to order, and the guy gave me a vegetarian rissole to taste - well that pretty much filled me up LMAO - almost wanted to say thank you - and walk out LOL. But I didn't and ended up buying a small container of a vegetarian curry with a roti - got to class, had a couple of spoons and I didn't like it :( Was wayyy to salty and the texture was blurkk!!! Next time will try some MEAT curry - and hope it's not too salty!!

Even hubby didn't eat it all...

I came home a little early, 2pm, cos I just wasn't feeling right - it's the stress...came home, went straight to bed, hubby took care of the kids when they got home from school - bless him - and I woke up at 5pm!! Felt a little better after that, got into cooking diner, roast chicken thighs, gravey, rice, pumpkin and carrots for my dad, hubby and lil bro. Nuggets and hot chips for the kids...

I've set up the Sky in my dads room, so now he can watch his programmes and the kids can watch theirs without drama.

Oh I sent some money to my mum this morning, she called yesterday asking...which she NEVER does...so I am only happy to oblige.

Lil bro moves out this weekend - sad to say - but - YAY. I will spend Sunday moving the boys into the room hubby and I are in now, and then focus on getting the downstairs all sorted out and cleaned up so that I can set out bed and what-not up in there and also make the room for an industrial sewing machine and overlocker for later in the year - exciting stuff!!
