Nearly completed the skirt I am making. Had a bit of stress over the waistband, but nothing I can't handle lol.
Actually today at morning tea, the tutor gave me the best compliment ever!! She said something along the lines that I will do really well when I start my business, that I have the right personality, my machine skills are great, I'm precise with my work, I have high standards...and she totally LOVES the skirt I am making...I'm not really a skirt person, so I'm not terribly excited about it, lol, but everyone else seems to be genuinely impressed with it.
Anyway, I'm feeling really tired today, don't know if it's cos of my period...or if I'm just lacking sleep - I dunno. But Dad came back from his sisters this morning. During the day, hubby mowed the lawns and did some weeding, dad helped him out a little. Looks good :) Thanks. lol.
I'm not only feeling tired, I'm a little stressed out - just feel like I've got a lot going on in my head! I applied for my student loan today, online, while I was at course - that waiting for the application to be approved is nerve racking! Even though I don't anticipate any problems, it's just a little stressful for me...and I don't qualify for any allowances, which stinks big time - but oh well :( Then there is the little problem with the PS3 - hubby needs to call the insurance, cos when I tried they said they couldn't talk to me cos I wasn't approved...so hubby can take of that...tomorrow I hope. Then there is the small matter of our mortgages coming up for renewal...BUT we'd like to add a room or two to our house, IF we can afford to...so we need to go to the bank and have a chat about that...we also need to get a loan to pay off some land we bought overseas...so all that's starting to brew in my head and cause stress *sigh*
Anyway, I've made the kids lunches, tided up a little...that's enough, I need to rest/sleep...nighty night :)
